Class Description: Welcome to a quick and effective 25 minute sculpt class. Followed by a two minute warm up, we'll be going through a full body workout that will be repeated twice throughout. The workout will start with lower abs + bicycle crunches, a glute bridge + chest press combo, side lying inner thighs, lunges, an arm series, and ending with a plank.
Optional Equipment: Medium Weights + Ankle Weights
Meet the Instructor: Julia Giordano (@juliagiordano) is a former professional dancer and Philadelphia based fitness instructor. She has been teaching fitness for over 8 years all over the Tri-state area and loves connecting with new people & clients! Julia is also an SLT instructor.
