Class Description: Welcome to a mat pilates class with Karen Medina. Class will consist of a 2 minute stretch, a plank series focusing on the obliques, an ab + arm combo, a glute bridge + arm combo, arms, inner thigh and side lying series, and abs.

Meet the Instructor: A certified Pilates and barre instructor based in Toronto, Karen (@karenmedinapilates) loves combining elements from both disciplines to create a movement experience that leaves you feeling toned and lengthened. She loves movement that focuses on sculpting lean, toned muscle definition with small low impact movement and high repetition. Most importantly, she believes movement should leave you in a positive, rejuvenated healthy state. Karen offers private training and group fitness, and is also an instructor at Equinox.
