45 minute signature style workout with a class that will add functionality and elevation to your body! You will be activating the smaller muscles by working at a slower and controlled pace where you are encouraged to connect and work with a mindful workout technique so you can really feel the strengthening and toning develop. This full body experience is a mix of standing and mat based exercises where functional training and Pilates meet together, feeling the sculpted arms, defined core, stronger leaner legs and a booty burn too!
