Chase Willman, former ballet dancer and Flywheel instructor, developed her own fitness platform combining her love of teaching and performing. Chase’s barre-inspired, low-low-impact/high intensity classes are designed to lengthen, strengthen & sculpt your entire body. Chase brings her infectious energy and a positive attitude to everything that she does and will have you laughing and smiling throughout class.
50 minutes of nonstop exercises that target your upper body. Class is designed into “sections” that focus on triceps, biceps, shoulders, chest, back & core. Equipment includes sliders, resistance band, pair of light weights, and optional wrist/ankle weights.
