Class Description: This is a great 30 min sculpt class to wake the body up. You'll move through lots of different combos of exercises, with little to no movement repeats! In this class, You'll start with an active warm up, standing legs + arms w/ weights, plank series, arms on the ground and side lying series. This class moves quickly!
