Meet the Instructor: Kailyn currently lives in San Francisco and is moving to NYC in the fall of 2024. She currently teaches at CorePower Yoga, and also taught the FlyFit Flywheel format, coaching spin for a bit at CycleBar, and just recently started teaching "Yoga Strong" at Equinox here is San Francisco. She works full time in sales at a tech company, but has had a deeply rooted love for the fitness industry.
