Class Description: Join Pavee for a quick mat pilates flow, focusing on the obliques and lower body. This will be a bodyweight class using no equipment, starting off with squats, standing legs, and mountain climbers. We'll then do some side planks and oblique work, followed by a sidelying series to work the legs and thighs.
