Class Description: Join Dianna Falzarano for a 35 minute pilates booty and core class! Class will start off with a light stretch + breathwork, followed by 10 minute of ab work (crunches, bicycles, Russian twists), bird dogs, a standing leg series, and side planks.

Meet the Instructor: Dianna Falzarano (@diannafalz) is a personal trainer and fitness instructor who founded Dynamic Fitness. Dianna has worked at Flex Studios, SLT, and used to handle the marketing of two SoulCycle studios. She currently teaches at Pure Barre Manhasset, Core + Co Lagree Fitness, and privately train clients, through her method Dynamic Fitness, where she specializes in strength and functional movement exercises.
