Class Description: This is a full body workout, targeting the entire body from head to core. We'll start off with planks and oblique work, followed by tricep dips, glute bridges, and movements to activate the arms, abs, and glutes. Expect a flow that sculpts and strengthens every muscle group. Equipment includes light to medium weights and optional ankle weights.
