Class Description: This full body barre class is designed to develop endurance-based, lean muscle through low impact, high-rep movements, in under 30 minutes. If you are looking for the ultimate, time-efficient workout to define your muscles, build core strength and develop better posture, this is the class for you. After a warmup, you'll start by strengthening the core in a plank/bear plank series, donkey kicks, side planks to challenge the obliques and inner hips, tricep dips, standing lunges, and finishing with abs. Pre/postnatal modifications are demonstrated.

Meet the Instructor: Brit Shimansky (britsbarre) is the founder of the BrittsBarre Virtual Studio, and she has helped women all over the world get in the best shape of their lives with her low impact, beat-based, muscle-defining barre workouts. A former professional balerina and Master Flybarre instructor in NYC, she is knoen for her meticulous, alignment-focused demonstrations, precise musicality and her approachable yet athlete style of barre. Brit is a pre/postnatal trainer and toddler mom who is passionate about supporting busy women through movement so they feel strong, energized and be confidant in their daily lives.
