Class Description: Welcome to a 30 minute barre circuit with Jess, all the way from Australia! We'll be moving through Barre and Pilates exercises, 3 times through, with options to level up as we progress through the class. Class will start off with a stretch, followed by an ab series, lunges, an arm series, rows, chest flys, superman + pushups, and ending with some more abs.
