Class Description: A 30 minute reformer on the mat workout with Pilates Body by Raven. Class will consist of an arm and ab warmup, followed by a glute bridge and arm combo, an arm series, side plank obliques, and ending with a high plank + a stretch.

Meet the Instructor: Raven Ross, or Pilates Body Raven, is a a certified Pilates Trainer, Fitness Instructor and movement fanatic! As a former dancer, she's always had a passion for learning new methods of movement in order to strengthen, lengthen, and balance the body. Raven's Pilates based workouts are designed to help you move better, feel better, and LIVE better! Raven is also a Pilates Master Trainer at Club Pilates. Fun fact: you may recognize Raven from Love is Blind Season 3!
