Class Description: This is a beginner Pilates class where we'll work through some Pilates basics and build on these movements. This is a great class if you're new to Pilates or jump back to the mat! You can expect some stretching warm ups, Pilates roll-ups, clam shells and a side leg series, and ending with a light stretch.
