Class Description: Welcome to '5 Days of Sculpt' with Jess Hastings: Day 5. This is a full body, cardio sculpt class using light weights. Start off working the legs in a reverse lunge and curtsy lunge combo, then work the booty with donkey kicks and fire hydrants. We'll go into a plank before repeating everything on the next side. After, we'll work the lower abs in single leg lifts and bicycle crunches, finishing off with standing arms.
