Class Description: Welcome to a quick and effective 25 minute sculpt class. Followed by a two minute warm up, we'll be going through a full body workout that will be repeated twice throughout. The workout will start with lower abs + bicycle crunches, a glute bridge + chest press combo, side lying inner thighs, lunges, an arm series, and ending with a plank.

Class Description: Join Julia for a 20 minute arm series using a light-heavy set of weights (2-5lbs). This class will be done on that mat, and is perfect for those lazy day workouts. Expect tricep kickbacks, bicep curls, chest flys, pushups, supermans, and more.
