Montana Globerman is the founder of The Montana Method, a method which uses music and movement to connect the world through fitness. The signature class is designed to work for your whole entire body. The low impact and high intensity structure of this class strengthens and tones every muscle with it all stemming from your core. A warmup, then dance cardio (fun for every level!), arms with weights sequence and wrapping it up on our mat for our leg and glutes series that defines all of those beautiful muscles in our bodies.
