Class Description: Join Tenaya from Movement Co. for a 25 minute full body sculpt class. This class will consist of compound movements, where we'll be working the upper body and the lower body at the same time. Expect squats, deadbugs, alternating scissor kicks, lunges, standing legs, push ups, and more.
