Class Description: 35-minute cardio barre workout designed to get your heart rate up, have fun, and fully burn out your muscles. This energizing class combines strength + cardio for a full-body challenge. No equipment? No worries — everything can be modified using just your bodyweight. We’ll start with squat pulses, move into arms, flow through a lunge series, tackle an arm + booty combo, return to arms, and finish strong with abs and glutes.
