Class Description: This quick and effective 15-minute arm workout will have your upper body burning in no time! Using light weights, you’ll move through a dynamic series of exercises including hammer curls, shoulder presses, chest flys, tricep kickbacks, and cross punches. For an added core challenge, you can a Pilates ball between your inner thighs to engage your core throughout. No floor work, just pure standing strength!
