Class Description: A 20 minute dance cardio and total body sculpt class with LIVFIT. This is a quick and fun workout consisting of a quick dance cardio session, followed by sculpt (including a plank series, arm combo, abs, and lower abs), and ending with a sprint cardio section to get the heart rate back up.
