Class Description: A 35 minute mat pilates class using all body weight. We'll start on all fours with a booty combo, then we'll strengthen the back, core, and posture by laying on the stomach with chest lifts. Then we'll do pilates rollups, followed by deadbugs, glute bridges, and a light stretch.
