Meet the Instructor: Taylor is a Pilates instructor and certified personal trainer located in the Hamptons. Her signature method is Sweat & Sculpt which is the perfect combination of mat pilates and an intentionally curated cardio circuit that leaves you feeling sore and accomplished, and she also teaches Pilates, strength training, and cardio conditioning.
