Class Description: Get ready to work those obliques and inner thighs in this 20 minute workout with Hannah Bornstein! Class will start with a quick warmup, going into some bird dogs, side lying thigh series, abs on the back, a challenging oblique + inner thigh combo work, and ending with a well-deserved cool down stretch.
