You'll move quickly through challenging sequences, really focusing on the mind-muscle connection for the ultimate burn. Expect bird dogs, planks, standing leg barre sequence, glute bridges, a sideline series and abs on back.

Meet the Instructor: A certified Pilates and barre instructor based in Toronto, Karen (@karenmedinapilates) loves combining elements from both disciplines to create a movement experience that leaves you feeling toned and lengthened. She loves movement that focuses on sculpting lean, toned muscle definition with small low impact movement and high repetition.
