Class Description: Welcome to a 15 minute workout that gets right into it with a lying series targeting the side booty and inner thighs with weighted single leg exercises. The combination of pulses, squeezes, and quick movements will make your legs and booty feel the burn right away. We mix in some quick stretching mid class to break up the circuits. Finishing off with core-focused leg raises and more!
