Class Description: Join Gina for a 35 minute barre class. We'll start off standing on the mat to work the legs, with pulsing squats, a lunge + arm combo, and some more standing standing legs. We'll then come down to the mat to fire up the core with mountain climbers, pushups, ab rollups, and bicycles, ending with glute bridges for the booty.
