Class Description: This slow and gentle 15-minute beginner-friendly mat Pilates workout targets the lower body with no equipment needed. Strengthen your glutes with leg lifts, rainbows, and oblique tucks, followed by glute bridges and single-leg variations. Finish with side leg lifts, clamshells, and gentle side plank work for a well-rounded lower-body burn. Use ankle weights to level up.
