Class Description: 50 minute full-body mat class requiring no equipment—just your own body. We’ll start strong with a challenging plank series to fire up your core, then flow into glute and arm combo. Next, we’ll target the abs, inner thighs, and obliques with sidelying sequences before finishing with standing leg exercises.
