Meet the Instructor: Monica Colino is a NASM CPT & CGFI certified. As a dancer turned fitness professional, she found that both worlds share the same love and joy for empowering ourselves through movement, and takes her energized presence and focus on mechanics with her in each class she leads. Monica is currently an instructor at Alo, CorePower Yoga, and ORRO, alongside private client training.
