Class Description: Welcome to a 20 minute 'build' pilates class. This beginner friendly / intermediate class is made to be 'built' upon as you progress. We will do 30 seconds of slow controlled movement, and an additional 30 seconds of a flow movement with a twist. We'll start by warming up the abs (including the classic pilates 100s followed by roll-down and roll-up crunches, single leg stretches, and scissor kicks), followed by bird dogs, a side lying series, obliques on the knees, and ending with a plank.
No equipment needed.
