Class Description: This high energy, 40 minute total body sculpt class is a feel good class, using heavy weights for some added strength training. After the warmup, we'll start standing with standing arms, then take it down to the mat for some abs, donkey kicks, fire hydrants, and a side lying series. We'll then do some standing legs and squats, additional arms, and end with a finisher.
Optional Equipment: Heavy Weights.
