Class Description: Grab your light weights and get ready for a 30 minute spicy total body sculpt workout. After a 5 minute warm up, we'll do some oblique work, into a booty combo, standing legs + squats, and ending with standing arms + tricep kickbacks. By the end of this workout you're going to feel great & feel energized!
