Class Description: 30 minute booty focused burn. Level up with a resistance band a bench, with a workout featuring three circuits of three movements each, 40 seconds on and 15 seconds to rest. Start with lateral side steps to fire up the glutes and quad, into squats, lunges, glute bridges, pulsing squats, and deadlifts.
