Class Description: A 25 minute full body sculpt workout with Marissa from Move House. This class blends a mix of barre, dance, reformer pilates, all blended together in signature sculpt. After a quick warm up, we'll jump into a plank series, followed by bird dogs, lunges, arms, and crunches.
