Class Description: 25 minute foam roller, full body + deep core with Shelley Kamil. The Foam Roller is an amazing Prop as not only does it help us to Reduce Tension and Break Up the Fascia, but it forces us to Engage our Intrinsic Stabilisation Muscles, the Deep Core. Think of a Surfer or a Skater, you can literally see them engaging every tiny muscle just to balance, and we are going to do the same, but the Pilates Version. Interestingly, when it comes to these sports, or in our case, this Workout, to gain control, it takes truly Letting Go and getting in the Flow. This Workout Connects Mind, Body and Spirit in Every Way. If you are without a Roller, you can practice all the same exercises without one, I will guide you through.
