Class Description: Today's workout is a 30-minute core-focused Pilates and barre session designed to strengthen and sculpt. Kick things off with side plank dips on the knees to fire up the obliques, then take it up a notch with full side planks featuring dips and a wrap-under movement. Flow into an arms and abs combo for a powerful burn, then finish strong with dead bugs and some finishing core exercises.

Meet the Instructor: A certified Pilates and barre instructor based in Toronto, Karen (@karenmedinapilates) loves combining elements from both disciplines to create a movement experience that leaves you feeling toned and lengthened.
