Fitxfreie workouts are designed to make you love working out and the classes are rooted in yoga + pilates moves and are perfect for any fitness level. 45 minute total tone class. Light weight, low impact class with a focus on small, intentional movements, designed to improve muscle/mental awareness & define muscles without the bulk. Equipment includes optional wrist/ankle weights.
