Class Description: Switch things up in this 20 minute pilates strength circuit workout with no equipment necessary! We'll be flowing through four pilates movements and repeating them three times throughout the class, starting with a warmup and focusing the three circuits on the core and breath throughout traditional pilates movements. Let's get to it!
