Class Description: In this 30 min barre class, you'll focus on light resistance, high repetitions and a combo of small and full-range movements. You can expect abs on back, kneeling booty combos w/ the resistance band, standing legs series, standing arms w/ weights and finishing with planks. This is a fast-moving, high energy class!

Christie developed her coaching style from dancing in the NBA for 6 years and leading group fitness classes in Washington, DC for 5 years.
