Class Description: Welcome to a 50-minute sculpt workout with Gabi’s Fitness! Today’s full-body session will start with a lower-body warm-up, featuring standing leg exercises, a booty combo, a sidelying series, and single-leg glute bridges. We’ll then transition to an upper-body warm-up with tricep extensions and chest presses. To finish, the final 10 minutes will take us to the floor for a targeted booty burn using ankle weights or bands, followed by a fiery round of bicycle crunches.
