Class Description: Join Julia for a low impact, 20 minute sculpt class using light weights and optional ankle weights. After a warm-up, we'll start with lateral leg lifts, squats, chest flys, a side lying series, donkey kicks, an arm combo (bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, etc), and abs.
