Class Description: A 40 minute sculpting session using a Pilates ball, Pilates circle, and resistance band. This full-body class features combo movements that target multiple areas at once. We’ll start with core and abs, move into obliques, glute bridges, a booty and arm combo, sidelying series, and finish strong with glutes and side step squats.
