Class Description: Join Elizabeth and Kira for a 20 minute Pilates sculpt flow workout using optional ankle weights and a Pilates ball. We'll warm the full body with a 4 minute warm up, an arm + lunge combo, a squat and shoulder press combo, an arm series, glute bridges, and abs.
