Class Description: Strengthen and sculpt your shoulders, hips, booty, and thighs in this energizing 30-minute Pilates flow. We’ll kick things off with a booty-burning combo of donkey kicks before moving into a sidelying series to tone and tighten your inner thighs. Expect dynamic movement that also opens the shoulders and hips for balanced strength and mobility. No equipment is needed, but feel free to grab ankle weights if you’d like to turn up the heat.
