Class Description: Welcome to a barre/pilates sculpt class with Karen Medina. This class will focus on the lower body (booty and abs), starting off with glute bridges, donkey kicks + fire hydrants, crunches, a sidelying series, and ending with a lower ab combo.

Meet the Instructor: A certified Pilates and barre instructor based in Toronto, Karen (@karenmedinapilates) loves combining elements from both disciplines to create a movement experience that leaves you feeling toned and lengthened. She loves movement that focuses on sculpting lean, toned muscle definition with small low impact movement and high repetition. Most importantly, she believes movement should leave you in a positive, rejuvenated healthy state. Karen offers private training and group fitness, and is also an instructor at Equinox.
