Class Description: Today we'll be doing an ABC Pilates class, which consists of abs, booty, and core! Throughout class, we'll be lengthening and toning the ABC muscles with bird dogs, alternating leg crunches, glute bridges, donkey kicks, fire hydrants, a sidelying series, and more.
