Class Description: Join Katy Reynolds for a 30 minute, bodyweight barre class with a core focus! We'll start with a 7 minute warmup, giving us 20 minutes to work the body, and 3 minutes to cool down. The warmup will consist of some ab work, followed by standing legs and pulsing lunges, bear planks, russian twists, lower abs, and more.
