Class Description: In this 30 min full body barre class, you'll move through a series of full body movements. You can expect standing legs (lunges + squats), planks, arms with weights, abs on back, kneeling booty combos w/ a band and finishing with some cardio bursts. This is a great class for anyone looking for a combo of full body strength and cardio.
