Class Description: Today's workout is a 30-minute full-body burn. We'll use ankle weights, a Pilates ball, and light weights—but all equipment is totally optional. After a quick warm-up, we’ll go into standing legs and glutes, sidelying series, an abs and arms combo, then repeat on the other side before finishing with a stretch.

Meet the Instructor: A certified Pilates and barre instructor based in Toronto, Karen (@karenmedinapilates) loves combining elements from both disciplines to create a movement experience that leaves you feeling toned and lengthened. She loves movement that focuses on sculpting lean, toned muscle definition with small low impact movement and high repetition. Most importantly, she believes movement should leave you in a positive, rejuvenated healthy state. Karen offers private training and group fitness, and is also an instructor at Equinox.
