Class Description: Fire up the core with quickie abs using both a pilates ball and gliders. We'll strengthen the abs through knee-to-elbow planks, hip pikes, side plank dips, leg raises targeting the lower abs, in-and-out crunches, scissor kicks, and crunches. Let's do it!
